1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Provide A Service Consisting In The Collection And Utilization Of Hazardous Waste And Other Than Hazardous From The Uj Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University Cm. 1.1 In Accordance With Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. 2. The Contractor Will Provide Waste Transport In Accordance With The Requirements In The Field Of Environmental Protection As Well As The Safety Of Human Life And Health, In Particular In A Way That Takes Into Account The Chemical And Physical Properties Of Waste, Including The State Of Focus And Threats That May Cause Waste. In The Event Of Necessity, The Contractor Shall Provide, Among Others The Chemical Composition Of Waste And Their Amount Of Transport Of Hazardous Waste While Maintaining The Provisions In Force During The Transport Of Hazardous Goods, A Vehicle Specially Adapted To This, I.E. Equipped And Marked In Accordance With Adr Regulations, With Special Precautions By Persons With Appropriate Rights To Transport Hazardous Waste (Adr - European Contract Regarding The International Road Transport Of Hazardous Goods (Adr), Prepared In Geneva On The Day September 30, 1957 (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1119, As Amended), Along With The Changes In Force From The Date Of Their Entry Into Force In Relation To The Republic Of Poland, Made Publicly, And On The Basis Of The Act Of 19 August 2011 On The Transport Of Hazardous Goods (I.E. Journal Of Laws Described In Swz And Attachments To Swz.
