The Scope Of The Order Includes: 2.1. Basic Order: 2.1.1. Expertise Of The Technical Condition Of The Bridge Object, 2.1.2. Performing The Concept Of Building A Foot And Bicycle Footbridge, 2.1.3. Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Of Renovation And Retrofitting Of The Bridge Into A Pedestrian And Bicycle Footbridge. 2.2. Order Covered By The Right Option: 2.2.1. Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works During The Preparation And Implementation Of The Order For Construction Works. 3. Expertise Of Technical Condition3.1. The Purpose Of The Expertise Is To Determine The Technical Condition Of The Object, Based On The Inspection, Research And Tests, As Well As Determining The Scope Of Necessary Construction Works Necessary To Ensure The Safe Use Of The Object. 3.2. The Contractor Will Perform The Necessary Technical Expertise Along With The Determination Of The Current Load Capacity Of The Bridge Facility Located On The Border Of The Town Of Dębogóra-Building And The City Of Rumia, Presents Recommendations, Estimates The Costs And Develops The Scope Of Renovation/ Reconstruction Of The Bridge Facility, Necessary For Its Further Operation And Will Submit 4 Copies Of Expertise In Paper Form And 1 Copy At The Headquarters Electronic. 3.3. The Expertise Will Consist Of, Among Others Z: 3.3.1. Determining The Purpose And Scope Of The Study, 3.3.2. Formal Basics, 3.3.3. Description Of The Technical Condition Of The Subject Of The Study, 3.3.4. Technical Analysis Of Occurring Phenomena And Their Causes, 3.3.5. Photographic Documentation, 3.3.6. Results Of Research And Calculations, 3.3.7. Renovation Program With A Description And Scope Of Necessary Works, 3.3.8. Estimated Costs Necessary To Perform Works, 3.3.9. Applications And Recommendations. 4. Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Project (Optional Option) Will Be Conducted In Two Stages: - In The Period From The Start Of The Procedure To Select The Contractor Of Construction Works To Sign The Contract With The Contractor; - For The Duration Of The Works, From The Transfer Of The Contractor To The Construction Site To Sign The Final Acceptance Report. Construction Works Are Planned For 2026 - 2028.
