1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Purchase Of A Passenger Car As Part Of The Implementation Of The Program Entitled Ecoauto- Purchase Of An Electric Car And Charging Station For The Needs Of The Poddębice Commune, Implemented On The Basis Of Funding Obtained From The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Łódź. 2. Delivery Of An Electric Car (Delivery And Insurance Costs - The Risks Are Bound By The Supplier/Contractor) To The Address Of The Ordering Party: Poddębice Commune Ul. Łódź 17/21.99-9-200 Poddębice Together With The Necessary Documents For Registration And Vehicle Insurance, The Costs Of Registration And Insurance Are Borne By The Contracting Authority. 3. In All Places Of Swz And Attachments To Swz, In Which An Example Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or Special Process Were Used, Or If The Contracting Authority Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Pzp, And In Each Case, Acting In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 6 And Art. 101 Para. 4 Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Compared To Swz Specified In Swz And Attachments To Swz, Indicating Such Indications Or Reference With The Words Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent (Including The Use Of Devices), Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Equivalent Solution Is Also Permissible If The Equivalent Or Equivalent Word Was Not Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Equivalence Consists Of The Possibility Of Offering The Subject Of The Order With Not Worse Technical Parameters, Configurations, Normative Requirements, Etc. The Own Names Of The Manufacturers Of Materials And Devices Given In The Detailed Description Should Be Understood As The Preferred Type In Terms Of Determining The Minimum Quality Requirements. They Are Not Binding And You Can Provide Equivalent Elements That Have At Least The Same Or Better Standards, Technical Parameters; Qualitative, Functional, Will Be The Same And For The Same Purpose And Will Not Reduce The Standards Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Set Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 10.
