4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery Together With The Assembly Of Laundry Equipment For The Poviat Hospital Sp. Z O. O. In Restructuring In Golubi-Dobrzyń. The Order Consists In The Delivery And Assembly Of The Following Devices:- High-Speed Washing Machine- 2 Pcs;- Drum Dryer- 1 Item;- Passing Iron- 1 Item;- Ironing Table With Suction Function With A Steam Generator With An Iron- 1 Pcs. The Parameters Of Individual Devices Are Described In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1A To Swz. 4.2. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract Using His Own Tools, Materials, Equipment And Transport. Installation Will Consist In The Performance Of All Works And Services Necessary To Use The Subject Of The Contract For Their Intended Use And Function, I.E. On Setting, Leveling, Adjusting, Suspending Individual Elements, As Well As On The Application And Cleaning Of The Delivery Site. The Costs And Risk Of Transport, Packaging, Insurance During Transport And Assembly Of Devices Are Borne By The Contractor. 4.3. The Equipment Will Be Delivered And Installed On The Days And Working Hours Of The Poviat Hospital Sp. Z O. O. In Restructuring In Golubiu-Dobrzyń, Its Own Efforts Of The Contractor And At The Contractors Expense.
