The Offer Must Include All The Work Required To Carry Out The Delivery. The Price Is Offered As A Unit Price, Which Includes The Work In Accordance With The Invitation To Tender. The Duration Of The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years. The Target Date For The Contract Period Is 1.1.2026, If The Start Of The Contract Period Is Delayed, For Example Due To An Appeal, The Contract Period Will Not Begin Until The Decision Has Been Made. After A Fixed -Term Contract Period, It Is Possible To Continue The Contract By One (1) + One (1) Year Of Stock Options.
