Procurement Entity: Salo Region Educational Association (Hereinafter Referred To As Sskky, Subscriber Or Contracting Entity). The Procurement Decision Shall Be Made At The Time Of The Procurement Decision By The Sskky Administration Rule By The Competence Of The Sskky Administration. Procurement Target: The Subscriber Requests Tenders For The Tunnel Washing Machine/Body Transportation Machine Suitable For The Production Kitchen In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes And The Related Components/Parts: (180 Degrees) And Drying Roll (Hereinafter The Equipment Or Washing Machine). The Provider Offers The Equipment Installed And In Order. The Tenderer (At The Price) Also Includes The Dismantling Of The Current Washing Machine And Its Line And Components/Parts (For Renewable Parts) And Their Removal/Recycling. The Supplier Will Provide Users With The Use Of New Equipment At The Time To Be Agreed. The Subscriber Alone Decides On The Possible Ordering Of The Options And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Subscriber Or To The Service Providers Exclusive Right To Provide Options. If The Subscriber Does Not Use Options, The Supplier Must Ensure That The Washing Machine Offered Is Suitable For The Subscribers Remaining Laundry Line. The Parts/Machine/Components Offered Must Be New! Contract: The Subscriber Selects One (1) Supplier With Whom It Concludes The Contract. The Procurement Agreement Will Only Be Binding On The Signing Of The Agreement And Shall Be Valid Until The Contractual Obligations And The Obligations Of The Warranty Period Have Been Successfully Completed. The Draft Agreement Is An Attachment To This Invitation To Tender.
