Tenders are invited for Procuring 5,220 Education Kits. NABAA, with funding support and in partnership with the LHF, is implementing the project: Enhancing Resilience and Well-Being of Vulnerable Households in Southern Palestinian Camps: Integrated Support for BA, Education, WASH, and GBV (CBPF-LEB-24-R-NGO-34686) As part of this project, NABAA aims to enhance the well-being, resilience, and recovery of vulnerable households in the southern Palestinian camps, including returnees, IDPs, Palestinians, Lebanese, and migrants, through integrated assistance. This includes providing (NFIs) to improve living conditions, access to education for children and adults, WASH services to ensure clean water, sanitation, and hygiene, and protection services to prevent gender-based violence, child protection issues, and exploitation. To achieve this, NABAA is procuring 5,220 Education Kits, which will be distributed to targeted beneficiaries in six rounds, with 870 kits per round. These kits will support the students learning and educational needs, enhance access to educational resources, and contribute to their overall personal and professional development. How to apply Bid Requirements Suppliers must submit a complete offer that includes: 1. Administrative Documents: o Commercial Registry o VAT Registration Certificate 2. Financial Proposal (signed & stamped): o Unit prices in USD o Total cost including applicable taxes o VAT indicated (to be paid separately in LBP at the official exchange rate) o Validity of offer o Payment terms 3. Technical Proposal (signed & stamped): o Detailed specifications of items o Sample of the full kit (mandatory no photos will be accepted) 4. Additional Notes: o All bank charges (local and international) are the responsibility of the supplier. o NABAA will not cover customs or facilitation fees. o Packaging and delivery to NABAA must be completed within 7 days of the purchase order.
