Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Food Stuff (Dry), NFIs TIMING AND DURATION The short listed and pre-qualified entities will ONLY be communicated and requested each assignment RFQ and each assignment will have a duration that will be communicated with the concerned unit. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be provided upon submission of RFQ (in person or by e-mail (
[email protected] ). AADSOM now invites eligible logistic suppliers and consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested PRE-QUALIFIED suppliers and consultant firms should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff etc.) Only short listed and PRE-QUALIFIED companies and consultants will be communicated. The shortlisting and prequalification criteria are as follows: 1. Core business of the company/firm and years in business 2. Specific experience in successfully implementing similar assignments (developing communication strategies and implementation plans) 3. Experience of relevant services in an environment similar to where AADSOM operates (Puntland and South-Central Somalia) 4. Technical and managerial organization of the firm (provide only the structure of the company, general qualification and number of key staff). Do not provide CVs of key staff. Key experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.
