Total Amount For The Number Of Items Applying For An Application At The Rate Of Rs. 500 /- For Each Item Should Be Paid In Favour Of Chief Secretary, Southern Province Either To The Shroff Of The Chief Secretariat Or To Any Divisional Secretariat Within Southern Province Or To Any Ministry Or Department Of The Southern Provincial Council (To Any Provincial Council Institution Of The Government That Can Issue A Receipt On Behalf Of The Southern Provincial Council) And The Original Receipt Obtained Should Be Scanned And Entered To The Online Software. Or Else The Registration Fee May Be Credited To Account No. 1587305 Maintained At The Galle Fort Branch Of Bank Of Ceylon In Favour Of Chief Secretary, Southern Province And The Bank Receipt Should Be Scanned And Entered Into The Online Software And Submitted. Late Applications Will Be Considered For Registration Once In Three (03) Months And A Registration Fee Of Rs. 1,000.00 Will Be Charged For Each Item In The Late Applications.
