Education And Training Services - Tailwind. The Target Group Includes Difficult -To -Reach And Decoupled Young People, Which Are Included By Several Terms: - Neet (Not In Education, Employment Or Training), The Group Describes The Group Of Young People And Young Adults Who Do Not Go To School, Do Not Do Any Work And Are Not In Vocational Training. - Disconnected Youth (Decoupled Adolescents) - Homeless Young People Without Tieding To The Social System - School -Avoiding Young People From 15 To 25 Years In General, The Target Group Includes Young People Between 15 And 25 Years Who Have No Connection To The System, Have No School Or Professional Perspective And Can Be Found On The Street. Temporal Scope The Participation In The Measure Is Voluntary. A Fixed Time Is Not Determined. Every Teenager Should Be Picked Up Where He Stands. The Allocation Period Is 12 Months. After The 12 Months, The Participation Can Be Extended By Another 12 And With A Connection To A System By Another 6 Months Without A Connection To A System. A Renewed Extension Of The Measure Is Possible According To The Procedure Described Above. The Opening Times Of The Advice Center Must Be Adapted To The Target Group And Coordinated With The Client. B.1.4 Personal B.1.4.1 General Regulations An Essential Prerequisite For The Success Of This Measure Is Technically Qualified And Suitable Staff. Personnel Use Must Meet The Requirements Of The Service Description Quantitatively And Qualitatively. The Working Conditions Of The Staff Are Subject To Labor Law Requirements. When Choosing The Staff In Particular, Attention Should Be Paid To Personnel And Social Skills (E.G. Motivational Ability, Contact, Creativity And Teamwork, Etc.). Since There Are Young People Among The Participants To Be Granted, The Personal Suitability Of The Contractor And His Employee Entrusted With The Measure Must Be Available Within The Meaning Of The Vocational Training Act (Bbig). By Submitting The Offer, The Bidder Assures That The Suitability In The Sense Of The Bbig Is Available To Him And His Employees Entrusted With The Measure. In The Measure, Only People May Be Deployed Who Have Not Been Legally Convicted Of A Criminal Offense According To §§ 174 To 180 Or 182 Of The Criminal Code. For This Purpose, The Contractor Has To Be Presented By All The Central Register Act Used In The Measure In The Measure Used In The Measure.
