The deadline for submitting bids in closed envelopes to CARE Aden is Sunday 19 /10/2025 , no later than 3:00PM to the organizations office in Aden as described above. Any bid submitted after the specified time will not be received. The envelopes will be opened on Monday 20/10/2025 at 10:00 AM in the presence of the suppliers or their representatives at the organizations headquarters in Aden.
