The Purpose Of This Service Dealership Is The Management And Exploitation Of The Historic, Heritage, Economic And Tourist Site Carré Janson De Tournai. The Concessionaire Provides Operational And Commercial Management Of The Site And Supports The Economic Risk Linked To Operations. In Order To Maintain The Economic Balance Of The Project And Encourage Performance, A Bonus And Penalty Mechanism Is Set Up For Compliance With European Regulations Applicable To State Aid. The Tenderer Provides, Through His Offer, A Provisional Budget. An Annual Provisional Budget Is Updated And Offered To The Steering Committee Each Year.
