In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, The Possible Changes That May Intervene During The Period Of The Contract Refers To The Following, Without Limiting To Them: I. The Parties Of The Contract: 1) From The Point Of View Of The Name, The Form Of The Company, Which Do Not Attract The Creation Of A New Legal Person; 2) When The Executor Is Replaced By A New Executor, In Case The Rights And Obligations Of The Initial Executor, Resulting From The Contract, Are Taken, As A Result Of A Universal Succession Or With A Universal Title Within A Reorganization Process, Including By Merger, Division, Acquisition Or Insolvency, By Another Economic Operator, Which Fulfills The Qualification And The Criteria, Which Does Not Meet The Qualification, I Suppose Other Substantial Changes Of The Public Procurement Contract And Not To Be Carried Out In Order To Circumvent The Award Procedures Provided By The Public Procurement Law No. 98/2016. Ii. Technical Changes: In Case Of Possible Replacements Of Products That Do Not Meet The Quality Specifications And Requirements Provided In The Award Documentation. Iii. Methods Of Payment And Recovery Of Debts: In Case Of Possible Changes Of The Legislation, Within The Legal Limits Imposed By The Legislation In The Financial And Fiscal Field. In Case The Contract Will Result, The Beneficiary Has The Right, Depending On The Needs Resulting During The Contract, To Re -Establish The Economies Resulting From The Integral Non -Use Of Some Articles Provided In The Financial Proposal Form, To Other Articles From The Same Form. The Realization Will Be Done Without Exceeding The Total Value Of The Contract, And The Price Used Will Be The One Offered For The Article To Which The Economy Is Re -Restored. Iv. Contract Duration: Extension, Without Additional Costs For The Purchase And Without Diminishing The Period Of Guarantee Of The Works Already Executed And Received, If The Executor Presents To The Purchaser Justifications Attesting The Need To Extend The Deadline/Deadlines. V. Subcontractants. Third Supporters In Case Of Possible Changes In The Subcontractors During The Contract And/Or In Case Of Introduction Of Subcontractors And/Or In Case Of Expressing Their Option To Be Paid Directly By The Purchaser As Well As If Third Supporters Take Over The Contractual Obligations, Totally Or Partially, Instead Of The Contractor.
