The Subject Of The Contract Is The Valuation Of Real Estate To Update The Fee For Perpetual Usufruct Of The State Treasury Land Located In The City Of Inowrocław. The Contractor Will Grant The Employer A 24 -Month Warranty For Disadvantages For The Orders Being The Subject Of The Contract. The Appraiser Will Receive An Excerpt From The Land Register As Well As A Registration And Situational Map. The Contractor Will Draw Up An Appraisal In Paper Form In Two Copies. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Separate Estimates For Each Property. The Appraisal Report Must Include: 1) A Set Of Transactions Accepted For Comparisons Together With The Justification For The Acceptance Of The Property To Comparisons, 2) A Registration And Basic Map Of The Valued Property, 3) Discharge From Land Register, 4) Photographic Documentation, 5) Protocol From Inspection Of Real Estate Signed By A Financial Appraiser, 6) Report Of The Land And Printout Of The Ministry Of Justice - Depending On What Day The Appraiser Is To Accept The Condition Of The Property, 7) A Copy Of The Vocational Liability Insurance Document Current As At The Date Of The Appraisal Of The Appraisal, The Contractor Will Deliver To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party A Report Made From The Valuation Within 21 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order. Within 5 Days From The Date Of Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Employer, A Correctly Made Report Will Be Prepared.
