Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas - Arrangement, Maintenance, Extension And Modernization Of Green Spaces/Parks In Chiajna Commune. The Award Procedure Will Be Completed By Concluding A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 4 Years (48 Months). The Framework Agreement Has As Main Object The Arrangement, Maintenance, Extension And Modernization Of Green Spaces, Respectively Of The Parks In Chiajna Commune. Chiajna Commune Is In An Accelerated Process Of Urban, Economic And Social Development, A Process That Changes The Current Balance Between The Natural Environment And The Human Need. At The Same Time, The Growth Of The Population And The Territorial Limitation Requires Protective Measures, In Order To Maintain A High Standard Of Life. Thus, At The Level Of The Territorial Administrative Unit It Became Necessary To Maintain, Arrange, Extend And Modernize The Green Spaces/Parks, The Places Arranged And Redeated, Of The Playgrounds, The Facilities In These Locations, The Maintenance Of The Urban Furniture And Of Everything That Contributes To The Creation Of An Environment Of The Nature Of Its Nature. The Activities That Will Be Provided During The Period Of The Framework Agreement Are Described Within The Specifications, Part Of The Award Documentation. Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities, Which Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement And Those That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Between Those To Be Assigned During The Agreement - Framework Are Found Within The Attachments Of The Specification Modification Of The Agreement - Framework / Subsequent Contracts Of Public Procurement, During Its Period, Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And Of The Provisions Within The Anap Instructions. In Carrying Out The Framework Agreement, New Typologies Of Products/Services/Works Can Be Introduced, Based On Art. 221 Para. (1), Letter. F) Of Law No. 98/2016, Corroborated With The Provisions Of Art. 9 Of The Instruction No. 1/2021, Treated As Contractual Changes With Low Value - Adaptations To A Practical Context, Which Do Not Affect The General Nature Of The Contract/Framework, Which Are Related To The Fulfillment Of The Agreement (Necessary For The Efficiency Of The Implementation Process Of The Respective Contract From The Prism Of The Contracting Authority And/Or For The Improvement Of Its Quality), Within 10%). The Unit Prices In This Case Will Be Established By Reference To Similar Unit Prices In The Contract, With The Rigorous Adaptations. If There Are No Similar Unit Prices For Calculating The Changes, The Reasonability Of The Price Will Be Taken Into Account, Taking Into Account Any Relevant Aspect That Reflects The Nature Of The Product/Service/Work, The Level Of Quality, The Provenance As The Case May Be, As Well As Any Other Aspect That Impacts The Price, To Which Is Added A Reasonable Profit.
