The Detailed Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program - Hereinafter Pfu, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz. Pfu Is Used To Determine The Planned Costs Of Design Works And Construction Works, Preparation Of The Offer. The Functional And Utility Program Determines The Type And Scope Of Works Necessary To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Construction In The Indicated Scope. 4. Investors) Preparation Of A Complete Construction (Technical) Construction Project In Four Copies, Containing:- A Design Of The Architectural And Construction Industry,- Project Of The Sanitary Industry (Heating, Ventilation)- Design Of Electrical And Lighting Installations, Including An Emergency And Evacuation (If Necessary) And Lightning Assembly, Finishing And Installation Related To The Construction/Reconstruction Of The Described Facility - Completed By The Legal And Actual Transfer Of The Object To The Ordering Party For Use, 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Design And Perform The Tasks Indicated In Pfu, Taking Into Account The Planned Goal And Function Of Projects, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law (Including Local Law), Norms And Technical Knowledge As Well As Building Art. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Obtain All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Technical Conditions, Consent And Decisions, Perform All Required Actions Required By Decisions, Technical Conditions, Etc.
