1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Develop The Concept Of Adapting Rooms To The Places Of Ad Hides In The Umt Building At Ul. Walls Of General Sikorski 25 In Toruń. Excical For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Creation Of Temporary Shelter Should Be Provided In The Rooms Of The Underground Floor. 2) The Subject Of The Contract Should Take Into Account The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior And Administration Of July 9, 2025 On The Conditions Of Organizing And The Requirements To Be Met By Ad Hoc Shelter (Uniform Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025 Item 932). 3) The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Met At Least, Specified In Art. 6 Of The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Availability Of People With Special Needs, Minimum Requirements For Ensuring Availability Of People With Special Needs In The Field Of Architectural Availability And Detailed Additional Requirements Indicated In Point 10A And Contain Solutions Enabling The Building To Meet The Requirements In The Field Of Information And Communication Availability, Including In Particular To Include The Installation Of Devices Or Other Technical Measures To Operate The Hearing Impaired. In The Absence Of The Possibility To Ensure The Solutions Indicated Above For Technical Reasons, The Subject Of The Contract Should Contain Solutions Ensuring Alternative Access (In This Case It Is Necessary To Obtain The Prior Separate Consent Of The Employer To Apply An Alternative Solution Indicated In The Proposal Submitted By The Contractor Together With The Justification). 4) The Subject Of The Contract Should Include Information On The Distribution Of Rooms In The Building In A Visual And Touch Way. 5) The Guidelines Should Be Presented For The Facilitys Equipment With Appropriate Electrical, Teletechnical And Sanitary Installations, As Well As Graphic, Voice And Light Markings In Accordance With § 1 Paragraph 2 Point 3 Of The Contract Template. 6) Design Work Should Be Preceded By An Analysis Of The Possibility Of Transforming The Underground Floor Rooms Into The Places Of Ad Hoc Shelter. 7) Technical Expertise Of The Technical Condition Of The Building Should Take Into Account The Assessment Of The Possibility Of Transferring Additional Loads Referred To In Par. 5 And Annex No. 1 Dz.
