The Subject Of This Proceeding Is The Purchase And Delivery Of An Assortment For Rescue Services As Part Of The Task: Retrofitting Of The Crisis Management Resource In The Municipality Of Sędziszów Małopolski. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Purchase And Delivery: 1) Car Radio - 16 Pcs. 2) Special Lightweight Clothes 2 Partial - 60 Kpl. 3) Slime Motor Pummy - 5 Pcs. 4) Power Generator - 5 Pcs. 2. The Contracting Authority Will Indicate The Contractor In The Commune Of Sędziszów Małopolski. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 3 To Swz. Attention! The Contractor Together With The Form The Offer Submits Annex 3 To Swz - A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Which He Is Obliged To Declare Whether The Offered Subject Of The Contract Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In Relation To Each Assortment Item. 4. All Devices And Equipment Supplied By The Contractor Must Be: 1) Factory New, Manufactured Not Earlier Than In 2025, Undamaged, Free From Defects, Complete, Suitable For Proper Operation In Accordance With The Functional Scope And Purpose, Be The Exclusive Property Of The Contractor And Be Free From The Rights And Claims Of Third Parties, And Must Also Have Relevant Documents (Certificate, Security Certificate Or Declaration Of Compliance Manufacturer Confirming The Fulfillment Of Requirements, Manufacturers Catalog Cards Containing All Technical And Operational Parameters, Etc.). The Use Of Materials Or Devices Without Finding Their Origin Is Unacceptable. Installation Of Materials Or Devices That Will Not Meet The Abovementioned The Requirements Will Result In Absolute Disassembly At The Contractors Expense And With The Effects Resulting. 5. The Contractor Shall Provide The Ordering Party With The Equipment With All Necessary Instructions For Use, Approvals Required By Law Certificates Of Compliance And Warranty Documents In Polish. 6. Organization Of Transport And Responsibility For The Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Located In The Sędziszów Małopolski Commune (Podkarpackie Voivodeship), Unloading Of The Order And Costs Related To It Are On The Side Of The Contractor. 7. The Contractor Will Secure The Subject Of The Contract Against Damage During Loading, Transport And Unloading. 8. The Contracting Authority Informs That The Deadline For Performing The Contract Is Priority In Connection With The Funding Of The Task From The Funds Of The Civil Protection Program And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026
