1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Its Specification Is Included In Annex 9A To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz). 2) Additional Information: A) The Minimum Required Warranty Period - 12 Months Or 2000 Hours Of The Devices Work, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Report Of The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract. B) The Delivery Includes Transport And Unload The Seat Of The Ordering Party.C) Until The Contracting Authority Is Received, The Risk Of Any Dangers Related To Possible Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Shall Be Borne By The Contractor The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide The Manufacturers Authorization Documents When Signing The Contract For The Performance Of Service Activities, I.E. The Statement From Which It Will Show That The Providers Performance Of Warranty Services Will Not Deprive The Contracting Authority Of The Manufacturers Warranty.F) The Contractor Will Ensure The Time Of Diagnosis In The Event Of A Machine Failure Within 3 Working Days From The Date Of E-Mail. On The Other Hand, The Repair Will End Within A Maximum Of 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Notification Of The Failure (In Justified Objective Cases Within The Period Agreed With The Ordering Party From The Date Of The Diagnosis). G) The Contractor Will Provide The Service Service As Part Of The Warranty, Including Service Inspections Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of E-Mail Report By The Ordering Party.H) The Contractor Will Organize The Training Of The Employers Employees In The Field Of Running, Operating, Exploiting And Maintaining The Device In The Location Site, I.E. 66-200 Świebodzin, Ul. Poznańska 10 Within 5 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Device. I) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Policy From Civil Liability Before The Conclusion Of The Contract Regarding The Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Contract For An Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 400,000.00.J) The Delivered Goods Must Meet The Standards In Force In Poland And Have Attestations And Certificates Required By Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Show Approvals And Certificates At Each Request Of The Ordering Party.
