1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Devices, Assembly And Launch Of The Intercom System At The Teatr Im. Aleksander Fredro In Gniezno. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular:  Delivery Of Equipment,  Assembly, Implementation And Configuration, Tuning Of Hardware And Software,  Employee Training,  Performing As -Built Documentation, In Accordance With The Specification And Description Of The Functionality Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 7 To Swz. Employed From The Guard Costs Of Implementing Investments And Investment Purchases Of Other Public Finance Sector. - For The Task Expansion Of The Theater Building. The Implementation Of The Investment Task Included In The Wpf. Meet The Minimum Parameters Specified By The Employer In The Assortment And Price Form (Annexes No. 1A To Swz). The Contractor Is Obliged To Identify The Offered Subject Of The Contract (Among Many Available On The Market) And Assessment Of Its Compliance With The Provisions Specified In The Swz Form In The Swz Form Provided In The Assortment And Price In Column No. (Manufacturer, Type Or Model).
