In The Event Of A Change In Its Needs, The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of The Subject Of The Contract (Both Reduction And Increase) 4. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract Under The Contractual Remuneration To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Indicated In Point 1 To Which The Submitted Offer Applies5. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered Successively, In Batches According To The Current Needs Of The Employer. 6. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place After The Contracting Authority Is Submitted And Will Not Be Longer Than 3 Business Days. 7. Pool Chemistry Proposed By The Contractor Must Have Intact Features Of The Original Factory Packaging, Including Has The Protections Used By The Manufacturer. The Packaging Must Be Clean, Dry, Without Mechanical Damage, Ensuring Proper Quality And Durability Of The Product. The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be Portioned Or Diluted By The Contractor. 8. All Funds In The Form Of Pool Chemistry Must Have A Certificate On The Basis Of Which They Can Be Allowed To Market In The Republic Of Poland. On Individual Packaging, The Required Labels In Polish, Containing At Least The Name Of The Manufacturer And Product., Usage Method, Purpose, Information About Threats, Security Measures And Storage Method, And The Minimum Shelf Life On The Day Of Delivery Cannot Be Shorter Than 2/3 Of The Date Given By The Manufacturer On The Packaging. 9. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Proposed Funds In The Form Of Pool Chemistry Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Require The Use Of Precautions Only In The Form Of Protective Gloves. 10. The Employer Informs That The Determination Of The Subject Of The Contract Used In The List Of Costs By Indicating Own Names, Trademarks, Patents, Origin Or Norms Aims To Clarify The Subject Of The Contract. The Employer Allows The Submission Of Offers Equivalent To Solutions Described By Indicating Own Names, Trademarks, Standards, Patents Or Origin, Provided That The Proposed Solution Will Have The Same Functional Features As Indicated By The Employer In The Cost Of Costs, Whose Quality Cannot Be Worse Than The Quality Specified In The Product Specification.
