The Subject Of The Contract Is: Retrofitting Work Stations Of The Communication Department As Part Of The Project: Elimination Of Health -Threatening Factors In The Workplace And Improvement Of Work Ergonomics At The Poviat Starosty In Piła.2. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Eliminating Factors Threatening Health In The Workplace And Improving Work Ergonomics In The Poviat Starosty In Piła Co-Financed Under The European Funds Program For Wielkopolska 2021-2027 (Few) Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Efs+), Priority: Few. Action 06.04 Support For Employees And Employers. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Retrofitting 18 Work Positions Of The Communication Department (Building Construction Along With Assembly); 2) Workplace Of The Communication Department Including: Desks Adapted To Work At A Computer With A Cabinet With Drawers For 8 Positions (Execution Along With Assembly). 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 3 To Swz. 5. Warranty Period And Warranty For Defects Min. 12 Months (Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers In Accordance With Point 16 Swz). 6. The Order Includes Delivery Along With The Assembly Of Retrofitting To The Communication Department Of The Poviat Eldership In Piła, Aleja Niepodległości 33/35. 7. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 8. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be New, Not Bearing Signs Of Use, Undamaged, Not With Defects, Not Having Structural, Executive Or Other Negligence Of The Contractor That Would Be Revealed During Their Use, Meet The Technical And Qualitative Parameters Required By The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Legal Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Any Claims Of Third Parties Resulting From A Violation Of Intellectual Or Industrial Property Rights, Including Patents, Protective Rights To Trademarks And Rights From Registration For Utility And Industrial Formulas. 9. The Some Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Annex 3 To Swz Are Minimal Requirements. The Contracting Authority Allows The Subject Of The Subject Of The Order With Better Parameters. 10. The Contractor Takes Full Responsibility For Any Violations Of Law And Damage That May Occur In Connection With The Implementation Of The Order. 11. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Contractor To Conduct A Local Vision. 12. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. The Contracting Authority Awards The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure (Position No. 1.2.11 In The Plan For Awarding Procedures For 2025).
