3 The Scope Of This Order: A 716 M2 Playground With A Safe Surface From Sbr Plates Fenced With A Safe Ending On The Concrete System Foundation. It Is Planned To Deliver And Install The Following Playground Equipment: 1) D + Z1 - A Set Of A House With A Basement + Slide + Tunnel + Steps With A Mesh 2) D + Z2 - Set 2X House With Canopy + 2 X Slide + 2 X Tunnel3) D + L - Set Of House With A Visor + Mini Labyrinth + Nail Area4) Dc - House With A Visor - 2 Pcs. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Dismantle The Existing Playground. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Delivered, Under This Procedure Must Be Factory -New, Free From Defects And Damage And Not Covered By The Rights Of Third Parties. 5. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Correct Performance Of All Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet Appropriate Standards, Have The Appropriate Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity, Quality And Approval Certificates, And Other Documents Confirming That It Meets All Standards And Requirements For It Provided For By Law. 7. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Grant A Minimum Of 36 Months To The Provisions Of The Provisions For Defects. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Full Material Scope Of This Contract With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Proceedings In Question Described In Swz (With Attachments), Applicable Law, Applicable Standards, Contractors Offer And Arrangements With The Ordering Party. 9 This Procedure Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Reconstruction, Retrofitting The Existing Playground Belonging To The Nursery Miś Uszatek In Stegna As Part Of The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2025, Co -Financed From The Labor Fund .
