1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Building Conditions Together With The Analysis And Graphic Attachments In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Item In The Amount Of About 500 Pieces. 2. The Scope Of The Contract Includes: A) Preparation Of A Draft Decision On Building Conditions And Location Of Public Purpose Investment In A Manner In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development As Well As Separate Provisions Together With The Analysis Of The Application, B) Execution Of Text And Graphic Attachments In The Amount Needed For Sending Them Together With The Draft Decision To The Applicant And The Bodies Agreeing The Project And A Set Of Graphic Attachments For Issuing A Decision To Issue A Decision To Issue A Decision To Issue A Decision To Issue A Decision. The Applicant And The Parties To The Proceedings, C) Re -Preparation Of The Decision Occurring As A Result Of The Annulment Of The Previously Issued Decision Prepared By The Contractor In The Appeal Instance, D) Preparing A Draft Decision Amending The Decision Issued By The Mayor Of Barczewo In The Event Of Submitting Such An Application By The Party, E) Documentation Must Be Signed By A Person With The Qualifications Of An Urban Or Architect (Or Another Person With Appropriate Education And Experience), F) Institutions To Which The Draft Decisions Should Be Sent To Agree To Correct The Draft Decision In The Event Of Refusal To Agree The Draft Decision Due To Improper Provisions Contained In It3. The Documentation Must Be Drawn Up In Accordance With: 1) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development, 2) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 26 August 2003 Regarding The Method Of Determining The Requirements For New Buildings, 3) Enforcement Provisions, Including The Act On Environmental Protection, Construction Law And The Act On Nature Protection. 3. The Single Study Includes: 1) Analysis Of The Function And Features Of The Building And Development Of The Area Drawn Up In Graphic And Descriptive Form2) The Decision Of The Decision Consisting Of The Text And Graphic Part Along With The Results Of The Function Analysis As Well As The Features Of The Development And Development Of The Area With The Graphic Attachment. 4. Deadline: 1) The Deadline For Making The Draft Decision To Determine The Building Conditions: Max. 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Documentation At The Municipal Office In Barczew (Documentation Is A Copy Of The Application With Attachments) Or 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Documentation Sent By E-Mail To The E-Mail Address Indicated By The Contractor.
