1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Sanitary Transport Service In The Field Of: - Specialist Sanitary Transport - Transport Of Patients With Vehicles With Medical Staff, At Least Two Persons Authorized To Perform Medical Rescue Activities, Including A System Doctor And A System Nurse Or A Paramedic, - Remaining Readiness To Perform This Transport, As Well As Securing Constant Wireless Communication By Organizing And Maintaining The Network. The Subject Of The Contract Covers 24 -Hour, During All Days Of Securing Services In The Field Of Sanitary Transport. The Scope Of Provided Sanitary Transport Services Includes: Transport Of Specialized People With Sanitary Transport Measuring Technical And Qualitative Requirements For Medical Vehicles Specified In Polish Standards Transferring European Standards Harmonized Together With Specialist Teams. 2. The Contracting Authority Allows, As Part Of The Settlement Of A Monthly Flat -Rate Remuneration, Ordering Below The Transports Described Below: - Sanitary Transport With A Basic Ambulance - Transport Of Patients With Vehicles With Medical Staff Authorized To Perform Medical Rescue Activities, Including A System Nurse Or A Paramedic, - Sanitary Transport - Transport Without Medical Staff, - Transport With The Driver, Including Blood Transport. 3. The Used Means Of Sanitary Transport For The Implementation Of The Contract Must Meet The Technical And Qualitative Requirements Specified For Medical Vehicles In Polish Standards Transferring European Harmonized Standards And Be In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E.: Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2022, As Amended. D.). Transport Means Must Have An Oc Insurance Package, Nw.4. Persons Carrying Out Transport Must Have Appropriate Qualifications And Rights To Perform Sanitary Transport. 5. As Part Of The Sanitary Transport Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - The Patients Reception To Transport In The Hospital Emergency Room, And In Emergency Situations Resulting From Medical Indications In The Hospital Department Room; - Supervising The Patient From The Moment Of Transfer To Transport; - Examining The Patients Protection, Conducting Resuscitation And Proper Implementation Of Treatment Depending On The Patients Condition And The Patients Transport Hospital; - Transporting The Patient To The Place Indicated In The Order, And In The Threat To Life To The Closest In Terms Of The Time Of Reaching The Hospital Emergency Department. 6. The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Law In This Respect, While Maintaining Due Diligence Resulting From The Professional Nature Of The Contractors Activity. 7. Sanitary Transport Carried Out At The Request Of The Ordering Party Will Take Place Using Wireless Communication Means, Enabling Direct, Continuous Contact With The Driver. Th
