Energy And Related Services - Supply Of Thermal Energy For Heating And Heating Of Water For Elementary Schools And Kindergartens In The Territorial District Of Prague 13 For The Period 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2035. The Subject Of The Concession Is To Ensure Safe And Smooth Operation Of The Thermal Economy, Including Ensuring The Supply Of Thermal Energy To The Contracting Authority, Or Its Contributory Organizations (Customers According To Point 1.3. The Tender Documentation), For Heating And Heating Of Water, In Accordance With Applicable Legislation, In Particular Act No. 458/2000 Coll. Energy Act, As Amended And Other Related Legislation. Furthermore, The Concession Is The Operation Of Heat Sources Owned By The Contracting Authority (Hereinafter Referred To As “Infrastructure”), Ensuring The Proper Operation Of Heating Infrastructure, Maintenance, Repairs And Revisions Of The Equipment, Providing Service, Emergency And Other Related Services, Which Are Defined In Annex 8. Management Of The Tender Documentation. The Operation Of The Thermal Economy Will Take Place In Accordance With The Concession Contract. All Remuneration For All Fulfillment Of The Selected Supplier According To The Concession Contract Will Be Paid Through The Energy Collected (In Czk Per Gj) To End Customers. The Operating Risk Consisting In The Economic Profitability Of The Operation Of The Thermal Economy Is Carried By The Selected Supplier. The Contracting Authority Will Not Pay Any Additional Payments In Connection With The Concession Of The Concession. The Subject Of The Concession Is Also The Lease Of Sources Of Thermal Energy In Non -Residential Premises At The Addresses According To Annex 1 Of This Tender Documentation, Which Is Owned By The Contracting Authority, In Order To Ensure The Production And Supply Of Heat And Hot Water To The Sampling Points Designated By The Contracting Authority. The Supplier Will Use Non -Residential Premises In Its Own Name And Its Operating Risk And Responsibility In Which Thermal Energy Sources And Technologies Intended To Produce Heat And Hot Water, Including The Provision Of All Operational Operations Are Associated. It Is The Purchase Of All Input Energies, Ensuring Operation, Carrying Out All Repairs, Maintenance, Revision And Service, Which Are Necessary For Operation So That The Offended Assets Are Maintained In Proper Technical And Operational Condition For The Entire Duration Of The Contractual Relationship. The Purpose Of The Concession Proceedings Is To Conclude A Contract With One Selected Supplier, Namely The Lease Agreement On The Lease Of Heat Sources In Non -Residential Premises And The Supply Of Heat Sources Between The Contracting Authority And The Selected Supplier Whose Binding Pattern Is Annexed To 5. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Ensure The Smooth Functioning Of The Supply Of Thermal Energy And The Heating Of The Contracting Authority, Or In This Tender Documentation Of Specified Customers. The Selected Supplier Will Pay The Lease And Will Bear The Costs Of Operating, Normal Maintenance, Repairs, Inspections Of Infrastructure, In Which It Will Also Invest To The Extent Necessary To Achieve The Purpose Of The Contract (See In Particular Article 6 Of The Lease).
