Traffic Monitoring Services - Tender For Speed Measurements For The Gifhorn District. To Protect Public Security And Order In The Public Traffic Area, The Gifhorn District Perceives The Monitoring Of The Flowing Traffic In Its Area And Plans To Maintain And Improve Road Safety, The Continuation Of Speed Monitoring At Nine Locations In The Area Of The Gifhorn District. Two Of The Locations Are Equipped With A Combined Red Light And Speed Monitoring. The Corresponding Work, Which Is Directly Related To The Establishment Of The Stationary Systems, Must Be Taken Over By The Contractor. This Includes In Particular The Structural Planning, Implementation And Control Of The Measure. The Contractor Has To Hand Over The Operational System Ready For The Client And To Hand Over Systems Approved For The Control Of The Flowing Traffic. The Contractor Concludes A Service Contract With The Client On The Basis Of This Service Description. The Contractor Acts As An Administrative Assistant As Part Of Technical Measures. The Client Remains The Master Of The Procedure And Always Keeps The Sovereign Decision -Making Authority.
