The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Execution Of Works For The Project Entitled Works On The Cross -Country Line In Warsaw On The Section Warsaw Wschodnia - Warsaw West, Stage Iia The Basic Scope Includes: Execution: A) Necessary Design Documentation, Including Construction, Executive, Technical/Technological Projects, Obtaining Necessary Administrative Decisions And Performing Works In The Field Of Reconstruction Of The Warsaw Wschodnia Station (Together With Neighboring Sections) From The Warsaw Wschodnia Station To Ul. Szczecin Coast And The Construction Of A New Railway Line Connecting Railway Lines No. 7 And 9 Together With The Construction, Reconstruction And Demolition Of Building Objects, B) Necessary Design Documentation, Including Construction, Executive, Technical/Technological Projects, Obtaining Necessary Administrative Decisions And The Implementation Of Works In The Field Of Csdip System With The Adaptation Of The Lan/Wan And Modernization Of Telescope Sewage System On P.O. Ochota, P.O. Śródmieście, P.O. Powiśle And The Warsaw Central Station. Description Of The Right Options And Interface Options Can Be Found In Section 5.1.1 Purpose, In The Field: Description Of The Option. The Entire Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of The Following Elements: 1) Project Documentation Necessary For The Proper Performance Of All Construction Works And Obtaining For All Of Them Required Opinions, Arrangements, Admission, Conditions, Decisions And Permits Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Indicated Scope; 2) All Construction Works In Accordance With The Scope Of The Contract And All Preparatory Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And All Activities Required By Law, Including Works In The Areas Of: A) Track Systems With Subdivision, Peritor Robots And Dehydration, B) Rail-Road Crossings And Crossing In The Level Of Rails, C) New Roads, Pavements, Pedestrian Trains Along With Dehydration And Other Accompanying Infrastructure (Including Fences) That Are A Consequence Of Arrangements Of Design Solutions With The Manager, D) Railway And Linear Traffic Control Devices, E) Construction Of Cubature Facilities, F) Construction Of Lcs, Cuid Devices, Csdip Devices And Systems, Smw, Cctv, Szb, Bms, Sswin, Ssd, Ssp G) Telecommunications Cables With Reconstruction Of Collisions And Teletransmission, H) Data Transmission Networks For The Purposes Of Controlling And Management Of Railway Traffic And For The Needs Of Other Systems, I) Engineering Facilities, Including: Viaducts, Railway Flyover, Culverts, Passes Under The Tracks, Tunnels, Retaining Structures Along With Infrastructure.
