In View Of The Provision Of Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), The Supplies And Services Under The Lot 1 Production Of Audiovisual Videos And Films For Promoting Activities Under The Project P41 Development Of The Social Economy Are Assigned In Accordance With The Relevant And Individual Value On The Ground. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, By Assigning The Separate Position On The Grounds Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Law - Direct Award, Since The Estimated Value Of A Lot 1 Is Up To Bgn 30,000 Excluding Vat. The Subject Of The Public Procurement In Lot 2, Includes The Production And Delivery Of Pens, Umbrellas, Cups, Plates, Flash Drives, Bottle For Drinks, Magnets, Engraved Coins, Portfolios, Folders, Signs, Signs Of Regional And Salidarium Economies With Mounting Shelves For Advertising Materials, Anti -Stress Balls, Key Chains, Colored Badges And Flags. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Under Lot 3, Includes The Production And Delivery Of Advertising Materials Included In The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Ppa, Such As Brochures, Leaflets, Calendars, Posters, Business Cards, Stamps, T -Shirts, Scarves, Tablecloths And Bags. Some Of The Materials Should Be Branded With The Certificate Brand Product Of Social Enterprise And/Or Eu Emblem In Accordance With The Requirements For Information, Communication And Publicity In The Implementation Of The National Recovery And Sustainability Plan With The Mention Finance By The European Union - Nextgenerationeu. All Materials Shall Be Delivered After Submission A Request For The Production And/Or Delivery Of Items, According To The Technical Specifications Of The Documentation And The Technical Proposal Of The Selected Contractor, Which Determines The Quantity, Type, Deadline For Implementation Of The Specific Delivery, As Well As A Deadline For Submission Of Approval Projects And/Or Samples Of The Requested Materials.
