Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Contained In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Implementation Of The Activities For The Construction Of Green Infrastructure And The Improvement Of The Selected Terrains Is On Approved Dendrological Projects For Afforestation And Dendrological Deposits. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Types Of Main Activities: - Soil Preparation Of Landscape Terrain; - Planting And Cultivation Of Planted Vegetation According To Approved Specification, Incl. Warranty Maintenance Of Vegetation During The Interception Period; - Grass, Incl. Guarantee Maintenance Of Vegetation During The Interception Period. - Shaping Paths For Crossing The Terrains, Placing Parking Restraints (Anti-Parking Pegs), Shaping The Terrains With A Garden Curb (Where Applicable). In The Implementation Of The Activities, Incl. In The Scope Of The Public Procurement, The Contractor Must Comply With The Optimal Conditions For Planting The Respective Vegetation, Incl. By Creating An Appropriate Environment, As Needed, The Landscaping Provided For Each Of The Municipal Land Is Fulfilled. The Newly Constructed Municipal Green Spaces Should Be Submitted To The Contracting Authority From The Selected Contractor With A Warranty Period Of At Least 2 Years, In Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Remedy The Gaps Admitted And To Restore The Killed Vegetation To Its Successful Offsetting.
