The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Activities For Major Repairs To The Inter -Block Space Located Under Bl. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 Zone B-5, Upi I, Sq. 265, Ggc Zone B-5, So-Vazrajdane District. The Implementation Of The Intended Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With An Approved Investment Project, Which Set The Following Tasks: To Improve The Space Locked Between Residential Blocks With No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, In The Zone B-5 Residential Complex; Providing A Connection To Real Estate - Multi -Family Buildings, Recreation Areas And Others. The Activities For Implementation Of The Construction Works Of The Site Are Envisaged To Be Implemented In Two Main Stages: Stage I - Replacement Of All Flooring Within The Scope Of Development, Including The Waterproofing Layers - Locally At The Replaced Drains, According To The Technical Assignment And The Laying Of Concrete Pavements And Granite Slabs On The Stairs Relative To The Architectural Details. Restoration And Renovation Of All Boards, Including Park Lighting And Park Furnishings, Such As Benches, Bins, Concrete Pots, Decorative Park Lighting And More. Separation Of New Recreational Areas, Renewal And Renovation Of The Fountain Lining, /The Fountain Is Intended To Remain Dry /Without Restoring Its Work. Separation Of Playgrounds For Two Age Groups, Respectively For 0-3 Years And 3-12 Years, Including The Enrichment Of Park Vegetation Relative To The Project Under The Park And Public Works Part.
