Object. It Constitutes The Purpose Of This Tender The Establishment Of A Supplier Classification System (Hereinafter, Scp) For The Homologation Of Consulting And Training Service Providers For The Malaga Company Of Transportes, S.A.M. (Emtsam), In Order To Guarantee The Coverage Of The Training And Consulting Needs That May Arise In Any Area Or Matter Of Interest To The Entity. These Needs Will Be Met Through The Provision Of Services That May Include, Among Others: Block 1. Provision Of Training Actions: Mainly Comprises The Provision Of The Training Of The Workforce In Different Modalities (Face -To -Face, Telephone And Virtual Training In Real Time), The Evaluation Of Students, Issuance Of Certificates And Associated Administrative Management And In A Complementary Way May Include Among Others, The Design And Planning Of Training Actions, Preparation Of Content And Material Actions Didactics, Definition Of Itineraries Adapted To Internal Promotion Processes. Block 2. Preparation Of Training Pills And Didactic Materials: Contemplates The Design And Production Of Digital Resources (Videos, Tutorials, Infographics, Guides, Interactive Presentations, Etc.) Adapted To The Organizational Culture Of Emtsam, As Well As The Technical Advice For Its Integration Into Formative And Internal Communication Processes. Block 3. Management Of Training Processes Linked To The Obtaining Of Driving Permits And Cap Certificates: Covers The Theoretical And Practical Training Organization, As Well As The Integral Management Of The Necessary Procedures For Obtaining And/Or Renewal Of Said Permits, Including Technical And Organizational Assistance To The Staff Throughout The Process. Block 4. Consulting Services And Organizational Improvement: It Includes The Review, Adaptation And Continuous Improvement Of The Integrated Management System Implanted In Emtsam, The Planning And Execution Of Internal Audits, The Implementation Of Process Analysis And Improvement Projects, The Elaboration Of The Emas Environmental Declaration, The Writing Of The Sustainability Memory, The Memory Of Non -Financial Information, As Well As Other Reports That Are Required To The Entity Legal That Arise During The Validity Of This Scp. Likewise, It Includes The Design, Writing, Monitoring And Evaluation Of The Entity Strategic Plan Or Other Reports Related To The Strategy Of The Organization And Consulting In Human Resources Selection And Management, Including Support In Recruitment Processes, Evaluation Of Competences And Personnel Selection, As Well As The Realization Of Studies (Labor Climate, Performance Evaluation, Assessment Of Jobs ...)
