Deadline for Submission: 01-10-2025 SCOPE OF WORK 1- Summary FTL is looking for a laboratory to provide nutrition facts tests for 7 products derived from carob to Agrocedrus company as listed below: - Carob molasses - Carob vinegar - Carob syrup - Carob Juice - Carob powder - Carob kibbles - Carob fruit 2- Objective Accurately quantify macronutrients: Carbohydrates, including sugars and fiber Proteins Fats, including saturated Trans fat and cholesterol Assess micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) Vitamin D, Calcium, Iron and potassium.
