The Framework Agreement Is Subject To The Provision Of Short-Term Construction And Repair Services Mainly For Hourly Work On The Subscribers Repair, Maintenance And Modification Projects Under The Terms And Conditions Specified In This Framework Agreement And Assignments. The Subscriber Selects 8 Suppliers For The Construction Engineering, Electrical And Hvac Sections (8 Suppliers Per Section) With Which It Concludes A Framework Agreement. The Subscriber May Also Choose Less Suppliers If There Are Fewer Offers To Meet The Requirements Of The Invitation To Tender. The Work To Be Ordered Mainly For Hours Will Include, For Example. The Following Tasks: Construction Work (Door Repairs, Door Pumps, Door-Related Repairs, Partition Wall Construction/Dismantling, Floor Repair, Carpet Installation, Grinding And Other Small Repairs And Installations), Hvac Work (Pipe Storage, Pipe Repair, Faucet Repairs Measurement And Control) And Electrical Work (Electrical Problems, Lighting Changes, Battery Replacement, Socket Replacement). The Acquisition Unit Is The Aalto-University Real Estate Oy Aalto University And The Subscriber Organizations (Below The Subscriber Below). Aalto-University Real Estate Oy Provides Space Services For Aalto University, Takes Care Of Its Real Estate Assets And Renovation Of Existing Properties, And Builds New Projects. Aalto University Real Estate Oy Maintains, Develops And Leases The Aalto University Premises. Its Tasks Include Creating New Concepts And Sharing Facilities For Non -University Entities.
