Rfp 25-1656 Retro-Commissioning Of City Facilities . The City Of Calgary Is Seeking A Qualified Consultant To Review Site Operations To Ensure That The Building Systems — Hvacr (Including Humidity Control Systems, Building Pressurization System, And Controls), Service Water Heating, Power, Lighting, Refrigeration Systems, And Aquatic Systems —Are Being Optimized To Maximize Energy Performance And Are Functioning As Designed Or Better. The Consultant Will Review The Controls, Building Automation System (Bas) Programming And Graphics To Optimize Savings; Work With The Bas/Controls Team, Mechanical, Electrical, And Other Specialty Contractors To Implement Retro-Commissioning Measures. The Consultant Will Provide Direction To The Contractors To Make Programming Adjustments And Implement Low-Cost Changes On The Spot As Required. The Consultant Oversee The Installation Of New Equipment Where Necessary And Prepare A Final Report On The Findings. The City Will Engage Bas, Mechanical, Electrical, And Other Specialized Contractors As Needed To Support The Consultant In Implementing The Rcx Measures. The Selected Consultant Will Provide Services Over A Five-Year Term In One Or Two Buildings Every Year.
