Expression of Interest for Tax Revenue and SNG Accounting and Capacity Building The objective of this assignment is to support the World Bank in its advice to the Ministry of Finance in strengthening APSAS implementation through the development of a tax revenue accounting toolkit and delivery of targeted training.
