Description Of The Subject Of The Contract 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Called: Service Of The Maintenance And Ongoing Maintenance In A State Of Street Lighting Efficiency Owned By The Dąbrowa Górnicza Commune In 2025-2027. 2. The Scope Of Activities Performed As Part Of Maintenance And Ongoing Maintenance In A State Of Street Lighting Was Specified In Paragraph 2 Paragraph 10 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - Annex Number 11 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 3. The Material Scope Of Maintenance And Ongoing Maintenance In A State Of Efficiency Of Street Lighting Was Specified In: 3.1. The Type Of Work Ordered As Part Of The Existing Needs, Regardless Of The Mentioned Location, Is Specified In Annex 2 Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract - Settlement Based On Orders And Receipt Of Actually Performed Works. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged, Within 40 Days From The Date Of The Contract, Available To Disposal Of The Facilities At A Distance Of Not More Than 15 Kilometers In A Straight Line Than The Administrative Borders Of Dąbrowa Górnicza, Having (For Ongoing Use As Needed) At Least: A) 10 Aluminum Aluminum Columns 8 M 8 M In The Graphite Color Ral 7015, B) 5 Led Lighting Frames With Nema Socket - 100-200 W, C) 5 Led Lighting Luminaires With Nema Socket-50-100 W, D) 3 Park Luminaires 46-100 W, E) 10 Drivers Cooperating With The Control System Operating In The Dąbrowa Commune (Nema 5 Pin Or 7 Pin), F) 300 Mb. Cables. Storage States In This Respect Must Be Supplemented To The Required Minimum Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract. Each New Aluminum Pole Must Have A 10 X 15 Centimeter Plate With The Citys Coat Of Arms, Which Will Be Brought To The Pole With Three Rivets. The Poles Replaced With New Ones (For Example In The Case Of Road Collisions) Must Have Restored Stickers With The Order Of The Pole. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Constantly Dispose Of A 24 -Hour Energy Emergency Service, Consisting Of Min. 4 Persons (With A Minimum Of 2 Sep D And Minimum 2 Sep E Powers) And Equipped With A Minimum Of Two Efficient Basket Lifts. Detailed Requirements In This Respect Were Included In The Paragraph 2 Of The Planned Contractual Provisions.
