Providing An Assignment (To A Project Organization) For The Coordination Of Traffic Education And Information In The Metropolitan Region. The Assignment Is Entered Into For A Period Of Three Years With Three Times The Option To Extend The Contract Duration By One Year. If The Term Of The Agreement Is Exceeded, For Example Through The Extension Of A Large Program And/Or Project, Then The Client Has The Option To Unilaterally Extend The Agreement By A Maximum Of Twice 6 Months, Under The Same Condition As The Original Agreed Agreement.
