1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Marked With The Title: Renovation Of Defensive Walls In Starogard Gdański-Sections A-B-C And D-E; Scope Of Works: Part I: A) Renovation Of Defensive Walls On The A-B-C Section; B) Dismantling Of Existing Stairs And Performing New Extensive External Stairs At The Gdańsk Tower. 2. The Stationary Monument To Which The Order Relates Is Located In Starogard Gdański At Ul. Haller. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By This Order Is Determined By The Attached Technical Documentation. 4. Any Direct Indications Of A Given Manufacturer Or Supplier, A Specific Brand And Own Name Of Individual Manufacturers, The Name Of A Specific Product Or Source Or Trademark, Patent, Type Or Specific Origin Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Allows, In Each Aspect Of The Order, The Use Of Equivalent Or Better Solutions Than Those Indicated, Provided That Their Use Will Not Lead To The Deterioration Of The Indicated Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters. Providing That The Offered Solution Is Equivalent Or Better Than The Required, Lies With The Contractor. 5. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Law, Other Contractual Documents, Building Art Principles, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining The High Quality Of The Materials And Solutions Used, And In A Way That Ensures Future Trouble -Free And Economic Use Of The Resulting Infrastructure In Accordance With Its Planned Purpose, As Well As Removing All Defects And Faults That Occur. In The Warranty Period And The Warranty Granted By The Contractor.
