1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Reconstruction Of The Ground Floor Of The First Floor Of The Building At Ul. Okopowa 21/27 In Gdańsk -I -Stage. Ul. Okopowa 21/27.2. Construction Robots Will Be Made In An Active Object. Noisy Works Should Be Performed In Agreement With The Ordering Party In The Afternoon - After The Working Hours Of The Office. Part Of The Works That Are Troublesome For The Functioning Of The Offices Work (Demolition Works, Dust, Debris) Should Be Performed After Agreeing With The Ordering Party In Free Time From The Offices Work (Weekends, Afternoon, Evening, Night). It Is Necessary To Take Into Account And Ensure The Possibility Of The Functioning Of Neighboring Rooms. The Works Carried Out Cannot Have A Negative Impact On Communication Routes, Buildings And Neighboring Areas, Including Proper Maintenance And Cleanliness. 3. The Contractor Must Predict The Protection Of The Square/Construction Site And Its Surroundings Against Dirt And Destruction. The Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions On Environmental Protection, Fire Protection, Public And Private Property Protection, Occupational Health And Safety, Follow The Law, Provide Appropriate Materials And Standards Related To The Contract, Ensure The Quality Of Works And Documentation Needed To Receive Works. To Swz And In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. 5. The Mode Of Works Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Document, Which Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For Calculating The Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Contractor May Not Use Errors Or Abandonment Occurring In The Swz Documentation, And The Detection Should Immediately Notify The Contracting Authority Who Will Make Appropriate Changes Or Amendments, And In The Event Of Failure To Fail The Above, The Subject 7 Analysis Of Solutions Presented In The Swz Documentation, In Terms Of Adopted Technical Solutions And Optimization Of The Work System. The Contracting Authority, Due To The Inability To Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, Refers To Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems, Or Trademarks, Patents, Sources Of Origin Or Special Processes That Characterize Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, In Accordance With Article 99 (5) And Article 101 (101) Of The Act, Are Indicated Pzp, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 12. In The Case When The Names Of The Material, Products Of Specific Manufacturers Are Given In The Documents That Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, This Should Only Be Treated As A Term For The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor Can Offer Equivalent Materials, Products With At Least The Same Technical And Quality Parameters. Product Equivalence Is Understood As The Offer Of The Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used,
