The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project And Costing Documentation For The Needs Of The Expansion Of The Playground In The Henryków Park As Part Of The Task: Retrofitting Playgrounds With Play Equipment For Children With Disabilities In Recreational Areas In The Białołęka District. The Operation Involves The Development Of The Extension Of The Playground In The Henryków Park By A Minimum Of Two Places Of Play Equipped With Devices And Surfaces Adapted To The Needs Of Children With Disabilities. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Performance, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Currently Applicable Law And The Transfer Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation To The Contracting Authority Together With All Necessary Studies, Documents, Arrangements, Etc., In The Following Number: • Land Development Project - Number Of Copies Necessary For The Building Permit Or Submitting Works + Two Copies For The Contracting Authority, • Technical Specifications, • Acceptance Of Construction Works - 2 Copies • Bill Of Quantities - 2 Copies • Investor Cost Estimate - 1 Copies • Obtaining A Final Decision On Building Permit And/Or Effective Application Of Construction Works With Confirmation That The Competent Authority Did Not Object To The Application; • Electronic Version Of Project Studies, Constituting An Anonymous Digital Reproduction Of All Project Documentation In The Paper Version, Including Constituting An Attachment To The Decision On A Building Permit Or Approved Notification, Delivered On An Electronic Medium In The Form Of A Usb Memory Device (Pendrive) - 2 Copies • Performing Authors Supervision During Construction Works Based On Prepared Documentation.
