1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Pone -Type Coal In The Amount Of 75 Mg From 13.10.2025 To 20.12.2025 With Transport. 2. Required Qualitative Parameters Of Stone Carbon Type Nut: Ash Content - Max 11.00 % Total Sulfur Content - Max 1.40 % Food Value Minimum 23.00 Mj/Kg Dimensions Of Grain Minimum 25 80Mm. Exploring Firmness Max 10.00 %. Stuffling Content Max 10.00 % Total Moisture Content Max 15.00 % 3. It Is Allowed To Devour The Value Of Quality Parameters, Which Cannot Be Greater Than: • 3% Of The Value For Ash Content; • 0.3% Of The Value For Total Sulfur Content; • 1 Mj/Kg For Calorific Value; • 3% Value For Total Moisture Content; • 5% Of The Value For The Content; • 2% Of The Value For The Stuffing Content; • 2% Of The Value For The Content Of The Volatile Parts. 4. Deliveries Will Be Carried Out Successively During The Contract On Business Days Between 7:00 And 30, The Ordering Party, Road Transport, With Unloading At The District Plac Of The District Boiler Room Of The Ordering Party At Ul. Democracy 5 In Ostróda. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Laboratory Tests On The Basis Of Which A Permanent Fuel Quality Certificate Will Be Issued. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue A Permanent Fuel Quality Certificate And Transfer A Copy Of This Certificate Confirmed For Compliance With The Original Ordering Party. 7 The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Coal Statement. 8. Note - The Employer Reserves The Right To Order A Smaller Or More Fuel Than The Amount Indicated In Para. 1 Chapter Iv, Up To 40% Of The Amount. The Final Amount Of Ordered And Supplied Coal Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Contract. The Contractor Accepts The Above Reservations And Agrees To Them. In This Respect, The Contractors Will Not Be Entitled To Any Monetary Claims Against The Employer. The Contracting Authority Informs That When The Supply Of Coal Applies The Right Option, Which Means That The Given Quantities Are Estimated Quantities, Maximum Quantities, Which Should Be Taken To Calculate The Offer Price. 9. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reject The Supply Of Coal -Type Coal -Type Nut That Does Not Meet The Required Contractual Parameters. The Contractor Will Immediately Remove The Challenged Deliveries At His Own Expense In The Event Of The Supply Of Nut Hard Coal That Is Not In Line With The Contractual Parameters And Will Immediately Provide Coal With The Required Parameters. In Case Of Doubt As To The Quality Of Carbon Supplied, The Employer Is Required To Report This Contractor Within 1 Business Day And Will Provide The Results Of Laboratory Tests At A Time Not Exceed
