Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing Meetings, Conferences, Trainings And Seminars For The Needs Of The National Center For Research And Development Divided Into 2 Tasks
The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of A Comprehensive Organization Of Meetings, Conferences, Trainings And Seminars, Which Includes, Among Others: Room Rental, Gastronomic Services And Other Accompanying Services, In The City Of Warsaw For The Needs Of The National Center For Research And Development, Including As Part Of Implemented Programs. The Employer Estimates That Under The Contract, In The Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, He Will Carry Out About 30 (Thirty) Meetings, Single, Two, Three Or Four-Day Meetings. The Maximum Number Of People In The Basic Order That Will Take Part In Meetings Is 4270 (Four Thousand Two Hundred And Seventy) People, The Minimum Number - 2135 (Two Thousand One Hundred And Thirty Five) People. The Above Ranges Are Only Estimated. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Above Numbers Of The Expected Meetings And People May Change Depending On The Current Needs
