1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Along With The Renovation Of The Municipal Road - Ul. Jeziorna In Mezów, Consisting In Hardening The Surface Of The Road With Asphalt Concrete Along With Dehydration Of The Road To The Tight Drainage Ditches. 2. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of This Contract Includes: 1) Execution Of The Temporary Traffic Organization; 2) Preparatory, Measuring And Demolition Works; 3) Earthworks; 4) Security And Regulation Of Existing Infrastructure; 5) Setting Curbs And Concrete Resistors; 6) Making A Foundation For The Road And From Driving; 7) Making The Road Surface And Downhill; 8) To Make Roads; 9) Tight Ditches; 10) Humus And Sowing Grass With Green Belts; 11) Local Strengthening Of The Slopes With Openwork Plates Type Meba; 12). Taking The Construction Site; 13). Movement; 14) Execution Of As -Built And Measuring Documentation, In Accordance With The Draft Contract. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Specifying The Exact Scope And Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements That Make Up The Subject Of The Contract, Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex 8 To Swz. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Element To Calculate The Price Of The Offer. All Construction Works Should Be Calculated On The Basis Of The Project Documentation Approved And Attached To Swz.
