1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Comprehensive Electricity Supply And Provision Of Electricity Distribution Service For Facilities Owned By The Bojanów Commune Estimated Energy Consumption In The Period From 01.01.2026 To 31/12/2026 Will Be 831 900 Kwh. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 7 To Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Swz. The Contracting Authority May Increase The Connection/ Contractual Capacity To The Facilities Under The Tariff Groups Specified By The Ordering Party In The Lists Of Attachments To Swz, The Planned Distribution Parameters (Contractual Power/ Tariff Group) Are Indicated, Which May Differ From Current Duration. If The Change Of Distribution Parameters Will Be Associated With The Need To Incur Additional Fees In Accordance With The Osd Tariff, The Contracting Authority Will Be Obliged To Pay Them. 2. Distribution And Sale Of Electricity. Sales Of Electricity And Its Distribution Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified By The Provisions Of The Act Of 10.04.1997 Of The Energy Law And The Civil Code And The Executive Provisions Issued On Their Basis.
