The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Winter Maintenance Service Of City Streets As Well As Pavements And Communication Stops In The Winter Season 2025/2026 In The City Of Działdowo. The Order Includes: Task 1 - Speaking Of Snow And Combating Slippery In The City Streets Together With Bays And Parking Lots In The Winter Part I - Region I. Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Scope And Predominant Of Individual Regions Were Specified In Chapter Ii Swz.2. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. Offers Can Be Submitted To Any Number Of Parts. 3. Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act, The Contracting Authority Requires Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or/Or Subcontractor And/Or Further Subcontractor Of All Persons Performing The Activities Listed In Para. 4, Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. At The Latest On The Day Of Starting The Service, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Employ Persons Performing The Activities Referred To In Para. 4, Hereinafter Referred To As Employees, Under The Employment Contract Under Pain Of Withdrawal From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor. 4. Type Of Activities (Necessary To Perform The Contract), For Which The Employer Requires Employment Under The Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Performing During The Performance Of The Contract, I.E. Service Of Equipment, Machines, Devices And Vehicles Whose Performance Contains The Features Of The Employment Relationship Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Submit A Statement That Persons Addressed To Perform The Contract Referred To In Para. 3, Are Employed Under An Employment Contract. The Statement Should Be Submitted At The Latest Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract And Should Contain At Least The Following Data: Name And Surname Of The Employee, Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Type Of Employment Contract, Employment Period, Position And Scope Of Employee Duties, For Each Person Addressed To The Contract. The Contracting Authority May Request A Copy Of Employment Contracts And/Or Other Documents Referred To In Art. 438 Para. 2 Of The Act, From Which It Will Be Clear That Persons Addressed To The Contract Are Employed Under An Employment Contract. 6.
