Solar Photovoltaic Modules - The Use Of Renewable Energy By Purchasing And Installing Photovoltaic Installations For The Inhabitants Of The City Of Turku. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Project Entitled The Use Of Renewable Energy Through The Purchase And Installation Of Photovoltaic Installations For The Inhabitants Of The City Of Turku, Consisting Of: Design, Obtaining Necessary Permits, Delivery And Execution (Installation): 194 Photovoltaic Installations And 80 Energy Storage For Residential Buildings Located In The City Of Turku. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Design And Executive Guidelines And The Scope Of Technical Requirements Has Been Specified In Annexes No.: Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Pfu)-Solar Installations And Energy Warehouses (Annex 11 To Swz). 3. The Requiring For The Purposes Of The Proceedings Does Not Require A Visual Inspection Of The Planned Implementation Of Individual Installations. 4. The Contractor Shall Make The Necessary Checks/Expert Opinions And Adequate Detailing Of Reference Documentation For Individual Installations, Based On Own Findings. Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Appropriately Detailed Documentation, The Contractor Will Obtain The Necessary Permits, Make The Required Arrangements, Obtain The Required Administrative Or Technical Consent. Then, Using Own Materials, The Contractor Will Carry Out The Installation, Which Means That It Will Provide To The Place Of Implementation Of The Designed Installation All Necessary Installation Components, Assemble Them And Connect Them To Existing Building Installations Of The Building, Perform The Required Checks Or Acceptance, Connection And Start Of Installations Being The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Notify The Connection Of The Installations Made Together With The Transfer Of The Required Documents/Attachments To The Local Distribution Network Operator (Osd). As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Conduct Training Installation Users And Indicated Employees Of The Employer In Terms Of Their Operation And Will Provide Warranty Service During The Warranty Period. 5. The Contractor Shall Develop As -Built Documentation For Completed Installations In All Types Of Sources Covered By This Order, Specified In Para. 4.1 Above. 6. The Provisions Regarding The Manner And Terms Of The Contract Are Determined By The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 9 To Swz. 7. All Devices, Fittings And Accessories Must Be New And Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Order Documents, In Particular In Opz (Pfu).
