Tenders are invited for Providing Shelter and Protection Services to the Most Vulnerable Internally Displaced Persons Affected by Conflict and Floods in Hard-To-Reach Areas of Hajjah Governorate. Guarantee value 2.5 of the bid value Application requirements: · The applicant must have a valid commercial registration. · The applicant must have a valid tax card and zakat card. · The applicant must have a valid insurance card. · The applicant must have a valid professional license/certificate. · The bidder must have previous work and experience in the same field and must attach evidence of this, including contracts. · The bidder must have a proposed schedule for supply and installation according to the quantities mentioned in the bill of quantities. · Catalogs and photos of all supplied materials must be provided. · A bank letter containing the bank account information of the applicant is required. · The quotation must be signed and stamped by the supplier (mandatory) in a separate envelope marked Financial Offer and sealed with red wax. · All technical tender documents must be signed by the supplier (mandatory) in a separate envelope marked Technical Proposal and sealed with red wax. · The financial and technical offers must be submitted in a separate envelope sealed with red wax, containing two separate envelopes. · The bid must be submitted in the currency mentioned above and any bid submitted in a different currency will be disqualified. · Samples of materials must be submitted during the submission of tender envelopes. · The deadline for submitting bids is Monday, October 6, 2025, at 11:00 AM. · The date for opening the envelopes is as specified in the table above. · The Coalition for Humanitarian Relief is not committed to accepting the lowest prices. · This tender is subject to state tax. · All tender documents must be stamped on every page by the applicant. · The bid validity period is as specified in the table above. · The bid must be accompanied by an unconditional bank guarantee or a payable check in the amount specified above, valid for the period specified above starting from the date of opening the envelopes.
