Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Tuesday 21 October 2025 up to 10.30 hours (Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 21 October 2025 from 16.01 hours till Thursday 23 October 2025 up to 10.25 hours. 5.
