Tenders are invited for Supply of Fresh Vegetables for a Period of Twelve (12) Months for Region A, B & C. 1. The Police Department is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritiusthrough the Government eProcurement System for the Supply of Fresh Vegetables for a period of twelve (12) months for Region A, B & C. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: POLICE/IFB/2025/1785 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Tuesday 21 October 2025 up to 10.30 hours (Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 21 October 2025 from 16.01 hours till Thursday 23 October 2025 up to 10.25 hours. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder onThursday 23 October 2025 at 10.30 hours.
