To further enhance the quality, efficiency, and relevance of its services, EHPEA intends to conduct a Member Satisfaction Survey. This survey will be a critical tool for: Measuring member satisfaction levels, Identifying strengths and service gaps, and Generating evidence-based insights to inform the Associations future strategic priorities. In this regard, EHPEA seeks to hire an independent consultant to design and conduct the Member Satisfaction Survey among member farms. The consultant will ensure impartiality and credibility in capturing member feedback and will provide actionable recommendations to guide EHPEAs service improvement and long-term planning. Eligible consultants are invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposals outlining their proposed methodology, data collection tools, timeline, and relevant experience in undertaking similar assignments How to Apply Interested firms can collect the prepared Terms of Reference (TOR) from the EHPEA office Finance and Administration Department Submit both their technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes within Ten(10) days from the first date of the announcement in this newspaper.
